Bound by tangled threads, these figures remind us that not every connection sets us free โ€” some quietly weigh us down. ๐Ÿ•ธ๏ธ

Connections That Donโ€™t Always Set You Free

I painted these three figures in shadows โ€” not to evoke fear, but to be honest.
They stand close to one another, yet their faces remain unseen.
What binds them together is not a smile or a touch, but tangled threads wrapping around their bodies.

The white and red strings, to me, are symbols โ€” of love, blood, memories, and wounds, all intertwined as one.
There are times when connection feels beautiful, but there are also moments when it becomes a trap.

As I laid the threads across the canvas, it felt like uncovering something we often hide:
that not every bond means freedom.
Sometimes, it is the weight we carry โ€” the emotional inheritance we never asked for, or the ties we never chose but must live with.

Yet I also believe that even in tangled threads, thereโ€™s always a chance to find a way out.
This work is my way of making peace with that chaos โ€” an acknowledgment that life is never neat, but it always holds meaning. ๐Ÿ•ธ๏ธ
