Jejak Laut
Sea Trace
"Through shells and coral, Iβve learned that our connection with nature can begin from the smallest things." ππ

Sometimes we find it difficult to begin a relationship β not only with other people, but also with nature. Many feel close to it, yet struggle to truly connect with the sea, the trees, or the sky above.
Through this project, I want to build a more conscious and grateful relationship with the ocean. For me, the sea is not merely a place to visit, but a space that leaves a mark. It exists in the shells and corals left behind, but also in the emotional memories that stay within us.
Jejak Laut (Sea Traces) is a long curtain installation made from shells and coral. The process is simple, yet deeply meaningful: I collected the shells directly from the sea and assembled them one by one. For me, this act itself becomes a way to feel the ocean more intimately β a reminder that our connection with nature can begin with small gestures.
This work is dedicated to anyone searching for ways to reconnect with nature. I hope that when people see Jejak Laut, they can feel the same sense of gratitude β that the sea always leaves a trace, not only on the sand, but also in the heart.
The New Beginning
The New Beginning is my first project β the point where I began to see things differently.
Through this work, I want to share a message: behind something that seems useless, there is always beauty waiting to be revealed β if only itβs given a chance to be touched by art and imagination.
I used old clothes that had been sitting in my closet for years. My faded jeans were transformed into a colorful denim skirt with its own personality, while a once plain white top became something bright and full of life.
On one of the pieces, I wrote the name of my school β Erudio Indonesia β as an expression of gratitude. This school has taught me to see myself from a more honest and courageous perspective, and to value every part of the process.
For me, The New Beginning is more than just a fashion or upcycling project β it is a self-portrait.
A journey where I learn to accept, rebuild, and love myself.
Through this project, I hope to remind others that everyone, no matter their situation, holds something valuable within. Sometimes, all we need is the courage to begin β because true beauty often grows from the simplest things we already have.
I can, and so can you. πΏπ

The Language of Flowers
"Each flower tells a story β this time, Iβve learned to listen through shades and light." π·β¨

I created a painting on acrylic glass using acrylic paint. In this work, I tell a story through four kinds of flowers β rose, sunflower, lily, and orchid β each carrying its own meaning and emotion.
The rose speaks of love, because to me, love is the first feeling that inspires someone to create. Then comes the sunflower, always turning toward the light, reminding me that every day holds new hope. The lily represents sincerity and affection β emotions I often felt while making this piece. And finally, the orchid, which tells of admiration and respect β for someone special, and for the artistic process itself.
Through this project, I wanted to explore a new medium, to step outside my comfort zone, and to find myself through the language of flowers. Every color, every brushstroke, and every layer of glass carries its own story β about who I am, and how I see the world.
From this work, Iβve learned one important thing: Just trust the process.
Because art is not only about the outcome β itβs about how I grow with every step of it.
