When the Pages No Longer Speak

An empty book, yet its hands and flowers carry wounds β€” a quiet reminder that beauty sometimes blooms through pain. πŸ“–πŸŒΊ

I titled this work Ties and Empty Pages.
For many, a book is a symbol of knowledge, stories, or the journey of life.
But this time, I chose to show it with blank pages β€” as if the stories meant to be written within have vanished, or perhaps never existed.

The two red forms resembling organs represent raw emotion β€” something that still beats, yet remains fragile.
The hands gripping them symbolize a hold that’s too tight β€” an attachment that wounds instead of comforts.
And the flowers growing from those wounds are an irony in themselves: beauty born out of pain.

For me, this piece is a conversation about the loss of meaning β€”
about how something once full can suddenly feel empty.
It also reflects how we, as humans, often cling too tightly to what should be released,
when in truth, letting go is sometimes the only way to begin writing new pages.

Emptiness is not the end.
Sometimes, it is simply the space prepared for the next story. πŸ“–πŸ•ŠοΈ
